  1. Texas here, I'll allow the accent because I love your channel. I would have made the gravy jalapeno based but regardless this is an excellent video. Def overkill on the meat choice but I do the same now days, getting the best tools for the job.

    Love your videos and have tried many. Great job! However, my wife suggests y’all come to Tejas and have a real chicken fried steak and cream gravy. Her twist is Amazing. Cold Beer is waiting 😊

  3. Use a mashed potato bowl to hold the gravy, dip, and then have mashed spuds and gravy when the steak was all gone. Didn't lose a dollop.

  4. I am inspired! I just made venison chicken-fried with a mushroom gravy (yes, I am from Texas).
    However, I do have some Wagyu rib meat (it's only $8/# !). Normally, I just might let you inspect the bottom parts of my well for doing a chicken-fry with Wagyu. But hang right on, right on. There's a little somethin here to see.
