Use a mashed potato bowl to hold the gravy, dip, and then have mashed spuds and gravy when the steak was all gone. Didn't lose a dollop. We would love to come out and give you some commentary

I am inspired! I just made venison chicken-fried with a mushroom gravy (yes, I am from Texas). However, I do have some Wagyu rib meat (it's only $8/# !). Normally, I just might let you inspect the bottom parts of my well for doing a chicken-fry with Wagyu. But hang right on, right on. There's a little somethin here to see.
Reckon I just found my Superbowl party recipe: Chicken-fried Wagyu rib meat fangers served with eye-talian sausage gravy in that fondue heater thang sausage.

In Idaho, we call those finger steaks. They're usually served with fry sauce, but usage gravy sounds better.
