It’s been a while since I went shopping at Costco, but I found a bunch of new healthy items for this haul. I’m talking snacks, frozen foods, keto items, and more!
Hey Bobby, regarding the turmeric… according to authentic Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric should also be consumed with one of the "cooling" herbs/spices. That is what helps balance it, so that it doesn't cause a "drying" effect on the liver (very dangerous) and GI tract. It is possible that you are experiencing that heartburn, due to this one missing ingredient. You are 100% correct that the chemical in black pepper activates the bio-availability of the turmeric and that a little fat assists to deliver it to the joints, but you might want to experiment with adding some fennel or coriander, for example (cooling). You can do a search for "cooling Ayurvedic herbs," and try them! And as always, keep it organic (but I know you will).
A product at Costco that I love is Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage. Totally clean ingredient list, but probably won't get full Bobby approval because it's not organic, but other than that the ingredients are Chicken, Water, Sea Salt, Spices, Lemon Peel Powder, and Dried Parsley. You should check it out, found in the freezer section.
Love love ❤️ your show and that cutie pie 🥰 Rose just steals the show 😘😘😘!! Stay blessed, stay safe !! Thanks so much for all that you do for your fans 🙏❤️!!

love love love all your videos but I was highly disappointed with the super creamer, I was stoked when you were given it Bobby approved but I did not look into it enough. one serving is 3/4 of a teaspoon and the packaging clearly says for best flavor use 1 full tablespoon and there is 1 carb per serving (3/4 tsp) frustrating but thank you for the info. Wished I purchased it at Costco, for one I might have looked at the label closer and i could return it but with the pandemic I just went online and ordered me 3 bags and now I'm stuck with then.

1-It’s frustrating to see that you showed items that are marked with an asterisk, which as any Costco member knows is a clearance item. By the time I see this and make the very long drive to Costco, it is most likely gone. 2-Also, why diss microwave ovens? They are a great invention on which many of us depend. A lot of us don’t have the time to cook the way you do. Maybe you don’t know how it works. Here is a little science lesson: “Microwave ovens cook food by generating intermolecular friction between the molecules of the food. The microwaves cause water molecules to vibrate; the increased friction between the molecules results in heat….Modern microwave ovens are designed to allow essentially no leakage of microwave…The only time for concern would be if the door is broken or damaged, in which case the oven should not be used.” Nuclear and Radiation Professor David Hintenlang 3-You were quite grumpy and critical. Not why I subscribe. 🤷🏼♀️
I just ordered the Lairds Matcha and coffee instafuel! Super excited to try it! Went to Costco yesterday to find the creamer but they didn’t have it but I did find the egg wraps! And those are really good!
Maybe Bobby could do a video from Jewel-Osco. We have Acme in this part of the country. Lots of the products cross over. There are also Albertson’s and Shaw’s.
I liked that organic berry mix, but I'm concerned about lot's of use of plastic for packaging. I would rather buy 'Blue machine' by Naked (it has all the vitamins, except Vitamin A) and recycle the bottle after use. I can't completely stop, but this is my (and your, and our) planet. We need to make it sustainable in every way we can.
I just ordered and received you book. I am looking forward to trying ALL your recipes. Thanks so much for keeping us informed – love your channel. God Bless!
Only organic things I buy are seeds for my garden and even then I don't call my vegies organic, just naturally grown with no chemicals etc. I think organic is a big farce put on by big corporations buying up smaller companies to cover their tracks.
Distenciation

Sadly no Laird on Costco at the moment…bummer!
I just bought those mangoes here in Ontario Canada on sale for 0.69$ each. The kids and I love them.
Soy is not good
That prosciutto is DA BOMB!!! But I like to pair it with fresh raspberries and sparkling water.
Natural Flavor meaning MALTODEXTRINE or DEXTROSE. Very bad (Eric Berg)

The best things to NOT buy should be the title lol
Rose is so adorable. Thank you so much for doing this haul. It helps me deciding what to get when I’m at
Costco. Love all your videos.
Would you take those turmeric shots every day? Or just once in awhile like around cold season?

Me crying….They didn't carry Rao's at the Costco I went to last week. They are carrying another brand with more sugar.😢
That laird creamer tasted so good even by itself. Thank u for recommending it.
The brown kale rice is so much better

I'm just here for Rose.😘
Are you being safe when you go out? There is no date on this so I was wondering when you went to Costco?
Love the coconut rolls! Glad they're back!
What is the name of the wine you said is on keto?
I'm trying to find a recipe you had with coffee and coconut sugar you pour like syrup over a drink.
I just ordered and received you book. I am looking forward to trying ALL your recipes. Thanks so much for keeping us informed – love your channel. God Bless!
I tried the cauliflower rice and it tasted awful! Yes, horrific is the right word. It tasted sour and mushy😖
You can freeze the tomato sauce! But put it in a freezer safe container. 🙂
Can you try the ground lupin beans? I bought it from Costco and no clue how to make it delicious
Bobby, you can always return all items, already opened or not opened and get a full refund. That is Costco guarantee.

the crispy coconut rolls is my FAV😍😍😍
