This recipe worked! I halved it and skipped the lemon zest, but it turned out delicious! (This is coming from someone who messed up boxed cake mix, too) I'd like to say thank you.
I have watched various videos on how to make the crumble dough for my apple pie and it never came out like I wanted……Yours is truly the ULTIMATE….Thank you
Just made this a few hours ago and came back to say it's so good. Slight alterations, forgot the egg, less sugar, subbed vanilla out for maple syrup cause I was out and used less white sugar for that reason.
This was soooo good! Used half the sugar and only 1 stick of butter (not on purpose just all I had) and just added a little extra water to get the right consistency. Will definitely be a new staple 🙂
This is one of my family's favorite summertime desserts. I make it with blueberries. A local dairy makes lemonaid ice cream. We serve the cobbler warm with a big dollup off the ice cream. Wow! It's good.
I made this. Absolutely delicious. I think I will do less sugar in the flour and tad more salt to make it more buttery. I used sweet cream unstalted butter, but I think it's a sugar overload especially with the icecream lol

Why exactly do we use apple cider vinegar? Just for a more interesting taste?

Dang it! I watched this video before and keep forgetting the cheese grater tipe. Brilliant recipe.

Up speak.
I would mix the fruit using a silicon spatula, as a metal spoon will bruise the fruit. What do you think?
Great recipe but the guy just sounds annoying
