    Nobody likes to eat kebabs alone, and we believe nobody should make them alone either. We’ve split this Walnut Hara Bhara Kebab recipe equally, so that you and your partner can cook less and kebab more, together. It’s half the work in half the time for both of you when this healthy biting is made by two. Kebab. Kebinge!*

    Cooking time with Better Half: 10 minutes

    Chef 1:

    Ingredients:

    Walnut – 3/4 Cups

    Cooked Green Peas – 1/2 Cup

    Blanched Spinach Leaves

    Green Chilli – 3 Nos

    Coriander Leaves

    Chopped Ginger

    Oil

    Procedure:

    1. Take a mixer jar, grind the walnuts to a coarse powder. Hand this over to Chef 2.

    2. Now to the mixer jar add cooked peas, blanched spinach leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, and ginger. Pulse it and hand it over to Chef 2.

    3. You could begin helping Chef 2 shape the kebab mixture for a while now.

    4. Now pick a pan, add oil to it for shallow frying and place the kebabs one after the other.

    7. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.

    8. Voila! Your combined labour of love is ready! Enjoy them with your partner!

    Chef 2:

    Ingredients:

    Boiled Potato -2 Nos

    Salt – 1 Tsp

    Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp

    Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp

    Garam Masala – 1 Tsp

    Gram Flour / Besan – 2 Tbsp

    Procedure:

    Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes to it.

    Add the green paste and the walnut powder that Chef 1 has made to the potatoes.

    Now add salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala, besan, and mix everything.

    Mash the potatoes and mix everything well.

    Take a handful of the kebab mixture and flatten them to desired shapes.

    Pass them on to Chef 1, who has already gotten the frying pan out to start frying the kebabs!
