  2. Love this particular one. It would have been better to, you know, make a list of all the ingredients you may need to buy. Not to complain or anything, but that is the only thing that could have made this video better. Best by far that I've seen, honestly.

  3. All the ideas are beautiful, very detailed video.:) Only thing I noticed, veggies, even the ones in the bags that should be pre-washed, they have to be rinsed, you never know how well what they did it. Same thing about grains, especially quinoa. 🙂

    400g of potatoes
    Olive oil
    Pepper
    Salt
    Mixed herbs
    3 small bags of mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup of brown rice
    1 1/6 cup of quinoa
    7 handfuls of kale
    1 Pepper
    2-4 carrots
    2 stalks of celery
    Heaped cup of cherry tomatoes
    Handful of grated beetroot
    Dried cranberries
    Balsamic vinegar
    Lemons (maybe 2)
    400g of salmon (or 2 cups of chickpeas)
    300g of chicken breast meat (or 450g of tofu)
    Tomato purée
    6 eggs (or 3 cups of black beans)
    420g of broccoli (or asparagus or zucchini)
    2 cups of oats (plus 2 tbs)
    8 tsp of chia seeds
    Cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups of Yogurt
    Cashew nuts
    Peanut butter
    1 cup of chopped apple
    4 bananas
    1/2 cup of pineapple
    1 1/2 cups of blueberries
    2 cups of mixed berries
    Maple syrup
    1 avocado
    1 cup mango
    1 handful of spinach
    2 apples
    Almonds
    Walnuts
    4 clementines
    Pecan nuts
    2 nectarines
    200g strawberries
    3 cups of chickpeas
