There is certainly still need of workouts even just a couple of times a week and also the foodstuff to nibble on must be ideal. The end result shown to me is fantastic. Today I had a MASSIVE cheat day which consisted of: spicy sweet chili Doritos, Chinese food (steamed veggies, vegetable lo mein, black pepper salmon, organic chicken dumplings, & a veggie egg roll), macaroons (passion fruit, raspberry, pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, & vanilla bean), and an entire carton of Halo Top dairy-free chocolate almond ice cream with whipped cream & chocolate chips. It’s my last cheat meal for a month, but I’m definitely ready to start eating healthy again tomorrow and get back on track

  4. Heyy chloee. Sorry for having so many questions . I'm a vegetarian n so i can't have a majority of the foods you've shown cuz i dont eat meat or eggs. N since most of tge youtubers aren't vegans i can't seem to find meals that i can eat. So can u help me out with this? I sincerely wanna start eating healthy
