  9. Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from Agoge Diet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

If I wasn’t old, and if I didn’t have severe back pain (my father beat me up badly…more so than usual….when I was 12 and fractured bones in my lower spine that never healed properly, causing my spine to curve gradually over time), maybe I could do these things. It’s no fun being old and fat, and feeling like a worn out rag that should’ve been thrown in the trash a long time ago.
