  2. peanut milk is even easier to make at home than oat milk: just put 250ml warm water and a tablespoon of peanut butter in a blender and mix! you can make more using the same ratio, I always use it for smoothies.

  4. hey! i had the same issue with my bag with making oat milk. are u using a cotton bag? bc that’s the first one i bought and i guess it’s something with the fibers and whatever that it takes forever. so i bought “ellie’s best bigger better but milk bag” on amazon and it takes me like 30 seconds now. it’s crazy!!

  5. I forget where I read it, but I'm pretty sure recipes in cookbooks are not copywriteable. Supposedly the text instructions can be (you know how every food blogger writes their life story before launching into how to make something? That.) but the ingredients list and general…"bake this at 350 for x minutes" stuff is fair game.

    That's to say nothing about the ethics of sharing recipes but…that's more subjective

  7. your first pancake always looks like that because the pan isn't hot enough/evenly hot enough yet! lol I always feed that one to my dog which he very much enjoys.

  8. Try make falafel with those dry chickpeas instead of already cooked/canned ones!
    Soak dry chickpeas over night and then blend it up together (don’t boil them first) with the rest of the falafel ingredients! Does that make sense? Those canned chickpeas are already cooked so they get too mushy and fall apart!
