  1. What kind of milk do you use for your breakfast? I use oat milk for my muesli, which is rather similar to yours, but I am getting a little tired of it, especially because it tends to get that thick consistency after about 3 days in the fridge after it was opened. Sweet video btw! Oh and please make more of these videos! 🙂

  3. Hi Blue! I love these types of videos show casing your recipe staples. It helps me become more creative with cooking and seeing how you store your kitchen items. I’d like to see another video on your thought processes when grocery shopping too as I’m trying to decrease my waste and bulk items in my area tend to be somewhat scarce. I ran around to 2 grocery stores yesterday trying to decide if it’s better to spend more on a paper package item or go to a cheaper store with paper packaging versus gas – ugh all the variables and decisions!

    One question from this video though – why do you tend to use pre boiled water when cooking? Is it more energy efficient or just takes less time to get the food to temperature for boiling?

And which fruits and veggies need to be stored in the fridge and which are fine with normal room temperature storage?   8. Lovely recipes thanks – Going to try the mung bean daal! I noticed you said that you are taking some photos for some brands and your own stuff. Are you a photographer? I was interested in how you started out. Did you go to university? What did you study?

  9. You should mention that this buckwheat are not dry, they are roasted or soaked and dehydrated, otherwise you won't be able to crush them with your teeth.
