  1. Edit* what I meant in the intro to avoid getting taken out of context.. what I eat on a lazy day or exercise day. I just meant the style of meals – Lazier style options vs my normal meals with a bit more effort that I make and I didn’t know I’d be exercising yet* Hello hello!     Just a quick tip – if you’re using instant yeast, you don’t need to bloom it in water and sugar ahead of time! You can just add all three components directly into your flour 😊
