  1. Hii mikayla ❤️ just wanted to throw in a health-related tip. Coffee, tea, matcha, all these drinks contain a group of antioxidants called tannins. Now while tannins have amazing benefits, they do prevent the absorption of certain nutrients, like iron, from food. I’d recommend having at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after your drink and having your meal just to make sure you’re making the most of the nutrients.
