  2. i struggled with binge eating and really bad restrictive stuff in the past but now im finally ready to lose weight again. Im ok now, i dont want too much food and honestly eat pretty intuitively, but i know that i need to control my binge urges (cuz theyre still there) or ill be back to doing it daily

  4. I don't know why, but we have just the complete opposite taste in food. I cannot eat overnight oats because the texture makes me want to gag. I hate soup, which is depressing. And yet, I will watch every one of your videos because I love you XD

  5. One of my BIGGEST struggles is salad dressing. I have pretty much stopped eating salads bc I cant find a vegan, low fat salad dressing that I like they all either make me gag or theyre loaded with oil.

  6. Do you support sleeve surgery and other bariatric surgeries? I know you did not have surgery but I have. I am from Australia and it's covered here publicly but it's a 3 year wait, you see specialists and you also need to lose a certain amount to qualify and be cleared by a psychologist. I am 5'5 and I used to be 130kgs and by surgery day I was 112kgs. I was sleeved April 2019 and I am almost 2 years post-op and 70kgs now and maintaining. I was 22-years-old when I got sleeved and it's changed my life and I'm no longer at risk of developing diabetes, etc. Just got accepted in to my college diploma in nursing and a few months ago a job as an assistant nurse and feel my life has changed significantly.   7. I dont know how to make soup. i dont know how to make anything. one of my favorite things about you is you eat pre made foods. i do the same thing. it makes weight loss so much EASIER. I think a lot of people have the misconception that you have to cook all your food in order to lose weight.

  8. Soup is actually souper easy to make (and redicouliy cheap)
    Cut up vegatables, cover in oil and roast for like an hour ? At 180c
    Add stock to big pot , add roasted veggies , boil , blend

    Bam soup

  9. Guys be super careful with scanning your foods!!! I always double check when I scan something and sadly the calories are totallly off sooooooooo often! So always check that the cals match the ones on the packaging of what you eat and drink 返

I am in love with your planner, really wish I had known about it before I just spent a bunch of money on a The Happy Planner and extras for it, yours really has the type of stuff I wanted in a planner and trying to customize this one now is really difficult. You have been an inspiration to me since the first time I went on a weight loss journey (I've unfortunately gained back the 50+ pounds I had lost plus a little extra) I'm starting over now though!

  11. Happy new year!
    I started my weightloss journey on Boxing Day. I was in the right mindset so why wait until new year when I may not be. Ive started low carb/keto. Its worked very well for me a few years ago (75lbs down) But gained all back and a further 10lbs in the last 3 years. I realise I cannot go back to heavy carbs, I love them but they dont love me. I like that low carb keeps me at a happy neutral state during the day and dont think about food as often as I did when I ate carbs. Im also going sober (day 11) and feel much clearer in my head. Im not one of those people who can have pasta and be full…. I started at 252 and now at 248lbs ( yes I know, mainly water weight) but its kept me motivated and determined. Weve just entered a national lockdown in the UK for at least 6 weeks so Im using this time to create some healthy habits and increasing my exercise. I hope to comment on this post in 12 months- hopefully 90lbs down

  12. I've never jived with physical planners in the past (I use my phone mostly), but yours has been so perfect so far! I've slowly been filling out the front pages and enjoying the process. My first main goal this month (I'm using the break the chain feature) is logging my food as consistently as I can. I'm horrible with all or nothing and being hard on myself. Cheers!

  13. I seriously struggle with my eating. I love eating out and feel addicted to foods that are bad for me. Ill go good for like 2 weeks and lose some but then just gain it all back. idk what to doo只gh

  14. Getting my plastics done in 2 weeks ! You've been such a inspiration into my weight loss ( lost over 100 lbs ) and now I'm trying to keep my self in track for the new year and for my surgery so I appreciated this upload. Felt like I was eating healthy with you
