    1. I hate throwing up
    2. Pretty much can only stomach whole plant foods
    3. I hate throwing up

Nothing wrong with feeing NOT SATIATED, a little hungry, especially at night is good good, good…..hunger is NOT in the tummy-that's detox……pregnant is different, different eating patterns, but to feel not fully satiated=healthy approach to your life (long term….a good habit to have, eat just enough to get nutrients)
