  2. for a really long time I've been interested in making a food scraps stock, but I can't figure out how to deal with onion peels – they are usually covered in mud, but surely washing would make them soggy and fall apart? any tips? 🌿

  3. How much pasta is enough for one person: that's what the hole in a pasta spoon is for. Yes, it's not just for decoration. The amount of spaghetti that fits in the hole is the right serving. Don't buy any pasta spoon that doesn't have that hole.

  4. I bought a tool to help my friend who has five kids! (For how much spaghetti she needs haha). But general rule, the size of a quarter is a portion for one person. I guess the equivalent would be a 20 kroner coin?! Haha

  7. Eating and drinking at the same meal causes a tremendous amount of bloat and gas in the meal especially when mixing fruit smoothies with other foods. Fruit digests faster than vegetables and much faster than starchy cooked foods like bread, pasta, etc. Next, I have been a Vegan 42 years and I have never taken a B12 supplement. The belief that we humans cannot get enough B12 from plants and are better off taking manmade concoctions or can only get it from slaughtered animals is misinformation that most people buy into. The real issue is that most Vegans live on processed Vegan foods like bread, pasta, cookies, pies, chips, etc instead of real plant foods thereby leading to all sorts of deficiencies!

  8. So i'm not sure if u could get to the point of dumpster diving for food. Just worried of catching something, my immune system is pretty bad due to an illness. But I love the recipes!
