Well let me tell you I am 17 years old and I have been vegan since I was nine props to my mum she realised the wrong of eating meat and stopped us and I feel my body has always feel super boosted and ready to go! Caitlin I love your videos and find them very inspirational and your recipes so to speak are delicious! I’m 100% sure you encourage loads of new comers and already vegans so thank you! 💞⭐️
OMG!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I have long searched for the recipe of Strawberries & Cream Oatmeal!! And I this is perfect. I’m sorry if my English is to bad 😅 xoxoxox💕💕💕🍓🍓🍓🍓
Hey Caitlin. First off I just wanna say thank you for making the vids you make. I am not a vegan, but I try to implement vegan dishes into my diet once in a while. I have also watched some of your videos, and although the dishes I have seen you make look delicious, they seem to be a little higher carb than I would like to consume (hard to eliminate when most of your diet consists of different types of carbohydrates, I know lol). Do you use any vegan cookbooks to prepare your dishes? If you do, do you know of a cookbook, or where I can find a cookbook, that has higher protein foods in their recipes (like broccoli, soy beans, and whatever else has a good protein to carbohydrate ratio lol) ? I really enjoy watching your videos but since I'm not as active as I would like to be, I can't eat a very high carbohydrate diet. Any suggestions/help is appreciated. Thanks, and keep making great vids!
just woke up, did some yoga and saw the thumbnail of this video admiring the esthetics also of the tempeh bowl and then 5 minutes in I watch Caitlin gracefullyplacing the squash in the bowl and the tempeh right over hahahahaha NAILED IT effortlessly
Could you make a low fodmap vegan day? I struggle with a lot of your recipes because they include beans, chickpeas and things that don't make my stomach feel good.
Same with finally being the healthiest mentally and physically. I've been eating so bad lately though because I've been too lazy to cook a meal because I take forever. More quick & easy whole foods recipes please!
Too many poop mentions, LOL. You look more relaxed and happy now. Intuitive eating seems to be a good way to make peace with food. Pick Up Limes did a video on it. My guess is you already saw it. Cheers from Mexico.
Leaving the leaves on strawberries adds more nutrients and makes less waste.😘

oatmeal = poopy glue
It helps my poop stick together.
If you bake the whole squash for 20 mins, the skin softens, makes it very easy to cut. 😁👍🏻

Love your what I ate in a day videos and love you!
All about simple and delicious meals over here!
The crispy tempeh looks sooo good! Thanks for sharing!
When you struggle with water in the cold, make tea and drink it half warm, or warm lemon water

Those Sumo oranges are the best I have ever had. I wonder why they are so expensive.
You've almost turned your boyfriend into a woman, good job.
Do you just buy the cilantro and parsley? Or are you growing them?
Dylan makes it sound like his poop comes out like breadcrumbs unless he eats oatmeal lol
