Hi how do I know how many calories do I need to lose weight not sure please help me determine that I me I work in a job where im actively moving I try to take stair rather than elevator most of the time I walk long distances im 5.8 ,170 pounds 😟 my face is getting big im not liking the way im looking right now i drink plenty of water but im definitely not eating good things or the right way i rarely put sugar in my tea anymore i change to rye bread i don't know where to start, meal prep seems so hard..
