  2. I don’t do bang anymore has way too much caffeine and I rather drink my morning coffee, since I can’t have both on the same day….I did once and girl I was bouncing off the walls and could not sleep.

  3. Hey girl…. Just found you on YouTube! Love it!! Quick question…can I ask what size u wear in typical Wal-Mart jeans…like what size does large fit…i want those pants! I'm currently 180 and in size 10 jeans from Wal-Mart…i started in 28s at 342…18 months ago. So I only buy 2 pairs of jeans at a size…im cheap girl…so wondering if large would be tight and last awhile. I've even sewn like darts in sides of workout bottoms to make them smaller as I shrink … I'm not done yet! Thanks for awesome ideas and inspiration! You look fabulous!

    One suggestion would be switching to organic coffee k cups (I love Paul Newman’s ). Coffee bean trees are the most heavily sprayed plants worldwide. Just my two cents!!

  5. I LOVE 90 second bread!! (It’s a selling point to my kids who are starting keto this month!!)
    The kids say it tastes too eggy so I make mine with flax meal and chia seeds, it gives it a multi-grain vibe and completely takes the egg taste away. Plus chia seeds have Omega 3s (bonus 🤗)
    Love the workout clothes too! I’m gonna try getting some nice workout clothes and see if it motivates me to get my booty moving…🤔

  6. Girl, I'm with you, women should wear their chones! Especially when they are getting all sweaty sitting on community excersise equipment. I don't want to share cat sweat with anyone, thank you 😳 I'm hoping to rehab quickly, I need to get moving this year. I think I did pretty good over the holidays, the lowest my keytones went was .2 and that was only twice. You should check out Joe Duff, the diet chef. He does a cross between a mug bread and a fathead dough loaf a bread. It's pretty good, I made a grilled pizza sandwhich with it and it was yummy. That is so sad to hear when a child passes away. My condolences and prayer for their family. Such a selfless thing to do, donating his organs to save other children. I try to help by donating blood at least 3 times a year. Sorry for such a long comment.

  7. Daniela, Happy 2020 & looking forward to keto! The carb manager is really showing me what is good & what is not. I still have a big box of splenda..ugh Your workout outfit & hoodie are cute. The bread looks great & easy. Just starting should I do 20 net carbs or 20 total carbs?

  8. I noticed that your macros that you use aren't the ones that are listed in your carb manager app. I did see your video showing how you determine your personal macros. I was wondering if you're able to change them to the ones you follow in the app or if the app won't let you? What is your calorie intake per day?
