For the potato skins you should try using the filling! Mix with sour cream, cheese, even a little cream cheese and add the bacon and chives. So good and more filling
Curious why all YouTube moms never use chicken thighs, only breasts. I haven't bought breasts in over a decade, boneless thighs are so much more flavorful and juicy, and stand up better to long cooking, which tends to make breasts stringy. And thighs are cheaper too! Is it because kids prefer breast meat?

We do pork and sauerkraut on New Years too. I grew up in Pennsylvania. My Australian husband won't go near it though. LOL
