  2. That’s how I make my Cuban except I heat up my cast-iron skillet till it real hot. Then I take it and put it on top of the sandwich to squish it. And it post the top button. My neighbor taught me how to do that and I’ve done it every sense.

  4. Wow! These recipes look great! I love to make homemade gravy but have never used evaporated milk. How is the taste different than using cream or reg milk?

  5. I am going to make a pork roast this Sunday, I am going to use your recipe. My son's friend made some kim chi, thought that would be perfect with the pork.  As always, everything looked delicious!

  6. When you added water to the gravy was that starchy water from the boiled potatoes? I have evaporated milk in my pantry all the time cause it's awesome in gravy and mashed potatoes. Everything looks delicious. You can cook for me anytime!

  7. I add 1/8 th to 1/4 tsp of baking soda to my spaghetti sauce and tomato products. It neutralizes the acid . I also add a hint is sugar.
