  1. I was lucky enough to try some black labeled when i was in spain. It suprised me how expensive it was, even in spain, but we had to try it 😅 But the taste was likr nothing else! Well worth thr costs!

  2. How about eating the meat when it is fresh? On the flip side, what about preserving the rest of the meat other than the legs for 2-4 years also? Do they ever do any of that? I feel like they are missing out if they are not.

  4. I got one of these myself, and we made the VERY stupid mistake of cutting it before it was aged properly, and it wasn't very good. However I want to try it once again when I prepare it properly. It does have a VERY strong, nutty smell and taste.
